Forms of Payment Accepted
Check, Mastercard and Visa are all accepted.
Checks should be made payable to: Ann's Dancers.
No refunds can be given.
Registration Fee
There is a $25 per student registration fee due at the time of enrollment. No refunds can be given.
Tuition
Weekly classes that are 30-minutes in length are $45 per month. Weekly classes that are 45-60 minutes in length are $55 per month. During summer competition months, class schedules and tuition may change due to additional rehearsals. See Fee Schedule for additional information. No refunds on tuition can be given.
Multiple Class Discount
The first two classes are charged at full price. Additional classes are $35 per class/per month.
Early Bird Discount
Dance fees paid before the 1st of each month will receive a $5 early bird discount.
Late Fee
A late fee of $20 will be collected for payments not received by the 10th of the month. If payment has not been received by the second week of class, the student will not be allowed to participate.
Returned-Check Fee
There will be a $25 service fee charged for all returned checks.
Automatic Deduction of Tuition
Monthly fees can be setup for automatic deduction with a credit or debit card and will receive the $5 early bird discount.
Private Lessons, Choreography and Company
Private lessons, choreography and Company fees do not qualify for the $35 multiple class discount. Extended Competition Company requires one workshop and two regional competitions, with a monthly fee of $40. Additional students in the same immediate family is $20/each. Advanced Ensemble requires attendance to a minimum of three clinics; two regional competitions, and one national competition; and a monthly fee of $40. Recital Fee
A Spring recital fee of $50 per child ($25 for additional children in the same family) is due by May 1st to pay for auditorium rental and recital costs. See Performances for additional information. No refunds can be given.
Pro-Rated Tuition
Monthly fees cannot be pro-rated for absences or for illness.
Refunds
No refunds of tuition, recital and/or competition fees, and costumes will be given for students who withdraw from the school or are removed due to behavioral conduct. See Policies : Conduct for additional information.
